Shipping Policy

At Ozogue, we are proud to serve customers across the United States with reliable and efficient shipping. Please read below for everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.

1. General Shipping Information

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Shipping options, delivery times, and availability may vary depending on your location, product type, order size, product weight, supplier, warehouse, and shipping carrier.

Orders may be fulfilled and shipped by third-party suppliers, warehouses, logistics providers, or fulfillment partners on behalf of Ozogue.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

During peak seasons, promotional events, high-demand periods, supplier delays, or unexpected circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

3. Shipping Rates

Free Shipping – We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Here is what to expect once your order is placed:

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday

  • Transit Time: 7–15 business days, Monday to Friday

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8–18 business days

  • Order Cutoff Time: 6:00 PM

  • Time Zone: Central Standard Time (CST)

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, supplier delays, incorrect addresses, weather conditions, holidays, high shipping volumes, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, freight forwarding addresses, or restricted areas.

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on carrier limitations, supplier availability, product size, product weight, or applicable laws and regulations.

6. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

Ozogue is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, failed delivery attempt, or failure to receive the package, additional shipping fees may apply.

If the order must be shipped again, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

Refunds may not be issued for orders that cannot be delivered because of customer-provided address errors.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and any photos, videos, or tracking details related to the issue.

We will review the tracking information and assist in investigating the issue with the shipping carrier when possible.

Ozogue is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If tracking shows that your package was delivered, we recommend checking with neighbors, household members, building management, your front desk, mailroom, or local carrier office.

8. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout when available.

Please allow time for the tracking number to update after it has been issued. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear depending on the carrier.

9. Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

We currently focus on shipping within the United States.

If international shipping becomes available or if an order is shipped across borders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges required by their country or local authorities.

Ozogue is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or import processing.

10. Shipping Policy Updates

We may update our Shipping Policy from time to time to meet Shopify, Google Shopping Ads, carrier, supplier, or legal requirements, or to improve our service.
